XIII World Transplant Games
Kobe Japan 2001

"La Fondation Diane Hébert"
wants to congratulate all the athletes who participated in the
XIII WORLD TRANSPLANT GAMES

The XIII World Transplant Games took place in Kobe, Japan from August 25th to September 1st, 2001
 
More than 850 athletes from 50 countries participated. 
2000 peoples were present
39 athletes and 17 companions represented Canada 
Canada won 27 medals 

10 athletes from Québec with 2 companions went to Kobe and won 9 medals.

won 5 Gold medals in swimming 
with 4 world record

Sébastien Larochelle 
Gold medal at 100 metre and 200 metre sprint


Pierre Lazard
